Write Formative / Reflective Questions and Activities

Criteria = Choose a Payroll System
1. What are the features of a modern, compliance corporate payroll system in Australia:
a. tax withheld, superannuation and payment arrangements for different agreements
b. rolled in tax withheld calculations, one-click processing, same values used every week
c. embedded time and expense claim system, tax and entitlement deduction processing, electronic transfers
d. all of the above

2. Describe the process that you would use to identify and recommend a payroll system to your manager, so that it addresses the organisational objectives for the system and is user-friendly.

Extra notes: A lot of the questions can be the criteria reworded, some units have lists that can be used to help with sample answers. There is written content with some of the units (topics) which can be used to source questions/answers. Sample quiz questions attached.

Activities can only be reflective or direct individuals to online templates and formats because the format it is going into doesn't allow the student to print/type/submit. This is being used in a second document so no samples currently available.

Below is a list of the subject areas. (Choose one or several - put them in your application!)

Each subject area has 2 - 3 units of competency including in a single piece of work. Each subject area has approximately 16 - 32 topics. The mapping of the units of competency will determine how many questiosn you write for each topic. Mapping means that you will have a full list of the criteria in a unit of competency, you will write the question then determine which of the criteria it addresses. Sometimes you will be able to cover 3 or 4 criteria with a single question. Other times you will only be able to cover a single criteria with a question. Rate is $1 per question up to a maximum $100.
