Write a Compelling Email for Email Marketing

I need someone to write a short, sharp and compelling email to attract the reader and get them to reply.

We are a new management training provider and want to run a mass email campaign. We need an email that standout and gets some response as email marketing normally has a very low response rate.

I can supply all the content, I just need someone to make it look and reader better. If the campaign is successful there may be further reward but budget is very tight right now.
