Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Num. of words: 1500+
Website url: http://national-accident-helpline.co.uk/
Information for the blog/website: We are UK based personal injury specialists
Industry: Legal
Description of every page: The goal of each page of our content is to make somebody who has suffered an injury, or a loved one reading on their behalf, feel reassured that we understand what they’re going through, the process to help them and that we are the ones to help, without confusing them or pressuring them.
With our pages, we strive for empathetic and jargon-free language.
Tone: Sincere
Outline & Structure: We’re expanding the content across our website with the aim to humanise our brand, promote trust with a potential claimant and increase our authority and relevance within the PI sector. Each page of content should be written so that anybody can understand what they’re signing up for, our experience and how we can help.
We would like a freelancer to write a page of content on paralysis as an injury that has been caused by a no-fault accident. This could be because of a medical mistake, car accident or an accident at work for example.
This page will sit under our “serious-injuries” section.
The content should be clearly sub-headed and take the user on a journey from:
What having this type of injury must feel like
Explaining common accident types
How our company can help them get an apology and compensation
Whether they have a valid case.
There are no set sub-headings as they should be relevant to the copy being produced, however, please lean on the example work for guidance.
Some keywords you might like to optimise for are, but are not limited to:
paralysis claims
paralysis compensation
We write for a reading age of 10-12. Contractions should also be used.
Extra notes: National Accident Helpline are not the solicitors that act on behalf of a claimant, instead they are an intermediary that allows a claimant to get free advice and not have the stress of choosing the right solicitor. Because of this, we’re unable to say that we are the ones making the claim, but we can us terminology like “helping you start your claim” or "take the first steps". We also avoid wording such as "making a claim is easy, or straightforward" as the process differs for everyone.
For somebody to have a valid claim their accident must have happened in the last three years, have been somebody else’s fault (either accident or neglect), and they or a loved one must have suffered an injury.

Is this the real National Accident Helpline advertised on TV, or a knock-off version with a similar domain name?
Toni S.08 Sep 2016This piece of content would be for the real National Accident Helpline.

Hi,
Would you need it proofreading afterward? I'm very good at that.
