URGENT downloadable e book for website

I need an experience person to put together a simple but professional e book containing art and craft activities for preschoolers. The e book will be for parents to purchase for a very small fee and will included easy fun and original activities they can do with their child at home. I have some activities and some pictures i just need someone to make it look professional, simple, easy to use. I do not need a complicated design just something that looks professional. May need some content writing as well as layout to include tips, quick ideas, recipes and step by step and included suitable for ages etc/ I am a start up business so only have a very small budget but need this job to get done asap. E book will need to be in a format that is easily downloaded from my website. This will be the first ebook of hopefully a successful series so for a competitve price and high quality piece of work, i will re use the freelancer for future work.
