UK Public Sector Bid Manager/Writer UK Based

UK based freelance bid manager/writer required to support an industry leader in the language service space - we provide interpreting services to central government, NHS and local authorities.

* To be responsible for leading bid management and writing tenders. This includes storyboarding, updating bid library and peer review.
* Liaising with SME's involved in a tender to create winning content
* Working with in-house Bid Manager in planning the production of bids
* To Write bids, providing bid management and technical writing skills
* Objectively review bid submissions and suggest changes and/or improvements
* Gather and co-ordinate bid information from internal teams
* Completing control documentation ensuring that the bid process is fully completed
* Proof read submissions to provide a high level of quality control
* Managing the editorial process for the bid throughout its full lifecycle
* Editing text produced by others
* Ensuring tenders are fully compliant with the client’s requirements
