Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Num. of words: unknown
Topic: Mystery Shop Visits / Calls
Tone: Other
Outline & Structure: Hi All,
I have a number of recorded telephone calls, and videos of visits to stores / showrooms. I need these to be turned into reports containing detailed commentary.
The commentary is what I need to be done. I have a batch of them to be done now, and I am going to need more in the future.
This will be more of less like a transcription exercise. In each case, you need to take the video for the visit, or the telephone call audio file, and turn it into a first person account of what happened. This needs to cover every significant thing that is said or asked by both sides of the conversation.
It needs to be 100% accurate. No errors. No mistakes. No missing words. No lack of clarity.
In some cases you might need to go onto a website to check brands and model names and numbers.
The audio files are generally between 5 minutes and 20 minutes. We will pay £0.50 per full minute of audio.
The video files are generally from 30-50 minutes long, although a lot of this time is often spent without conversatoin, while people try out products, or stand around waiting for information. For these we will pay £35 per report.
This assignment is only suitable for those with genuinely first rate written English and who are genuinely meticulous. Also, to make this pay, you will need to be able to work with huge focus and efficiency. Please only apply if you can meet the highest standards.
I would suggest that we start off with a phone report, and then try a video report, and then try more of both.

Dear Paul, I agree with Tian, and have the same query. Can plz clarify the things
-

Hi Paul, roughly how many audio/video do you have currently, so that I may quote accordingly? Thanks Jude
-
Hi Paul, when you say want every word do you mean that you want it transcribed with every utterance or just the words so that it makes sense. People often repeat themselves and stop mid sentence on tapes. Thanks Tian
