Training materials/presentation on event management operations etc

Hi, I'am needing someone to produce a generic training session that will cover the following topics within it. I need this to be as a powerpoint presentation (or equivalent) but I'm more interested in the content being high quality and accurate as apposed to the design aspect of the training.

The training is targeted at people who have never worked at an event before so is designed to be at a introductory level.

The training will be delivered in a 1 hour session so there needs to be 45 mins/1 hours worth of content for training but this could include activities that you include.

The training needs to include sections on:
1. Dealing with a crowd (different backgrounds and personalities and types of people etc)
2. Usher Skills
3. Crisis Management
4. Communication skills
5. Customer service

Any other topics that you believe is relavent and worth including in an event operations training programme.

I require presentation and any notes to accompany it. The presentation can include videos or pictures etc
