Student handbook rewrite and redesign and translation

to rewrite and design current student, parent and host family handbooks. Currently in place but to fit with accrediting minimum standards these need to be updated.

this will require reading the minimum standards and inputting the relevant information i can provide links to other organisations materials which will provide pointers

These will also need translations if anyone has the ability to do both projects - chinese & german
