Site Map Development for new website about algae

I need someone with a background in bio chemistry with knowledge in the area of algae to help us develop the sitemap or directory structure of a new web site that will have focus on algae.
Job Description:

We are looking for someone to collaborate with us by logging into a website called "slickplan", and with a password that we will provide, you will help us create a sitemap or directory-subdirectory structure of all the types of topics that would be desired from a technical community based on the bio - chemistry and specifically the world of algae and its many uses and benefits. We have already started on this project and when you log into "slickplan" you will find a substantial amount of ideas for topics have already been created for this project which will give you more of an idea the direction we are taking this website.

Requirements are:

1. Degree in related subject with specific background and knowledge of algae chemistry
2. We retain all copyright of work created

The initial price is fixed, we are talent searching at the moment, once we find someone with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for this project we will then change the job to an hourly and increase the project budget appropriately.
