Simple Business Plan

I am starting a new business and have received a simple pre-start Marketing Business Plan template from my local Business Link to complete.

I require costs to write a simple business plan . This is not for fund raising , it is just a pre-requisite for a small grant of less than £2k.

There is no compulsory requirement to supply P&L and 12 month cashflow but I'd appreciate costs to supply these.
