SEO On-page content writing

We are in the process of rewriting the content for our clients website. This includes updating or re-writing content based on the targeted keywords on specific pages and updating the relevant title tags, meta tags, descriptions, heading tags, plus body copy on the site and so on.

I'm looking for someone who is a native English speaker who can help me blend the targeted keywords in to the content of the pages we target for SEO. There will be 3 keywords per page with a total of 40 keywords on 13/14 pages.
