Scripts for Helpful/Educational UK Landlord Videos (2 pWk)

I have a series of video scripts to write. They are all about the boring laws/responsibilities of landlords and renting out their property in the UK. For instance: 'Gas Safety'.

I want the videos to be written in a personal and friendly way though. Want it to be from my (or a personal) point of view as a property manager/landlord.

I want it well researched and the content to be correct (will provide lots of links and examples on each subject to help with the research). But i want the content boiled down to the simplest form to help guide a landlord to understand the need, law and safety issue easily. And to somehow make this boring topic fun to learn.

My audience will be for landlords and property managers (working on behalf of landlords). I would like this to be a bi-weekly script writing task. i.e. 2 scripts a week being produced in each topic i give.

Each video should be no more than 5mins in length. I want maybe each video to have a certain script format to it as well. I.e.:
Intro:
What (the law/item):
Why (as a landlord do you need it):
What are the benefits:
When:
etc...
