Rewrite my terms &condition and private policy

my terms & conditions at this point and time does not match what we do, i have an online art platform and i have artist that sign up worldwide to post there artwork on our platform to sell, when we do sell it we would have the artist send the artwork to us and we will deliver it to the buyer, i need my terms and conditions to set our that signing up to our you are agreeing to the artwork being a property of artviayou once its sold on our website, find a way that we can draw this up in a contract because im trying to apply for a certain payment processor and there is certain rules they abide by this is my current terms and conditions....


Use of Information
Artviayou fully respects your personal information. By availing the services of Artviayou, you subject your information and browsing behaviour within the site to Artviayou’s use. For more information please read our privacy policy.



Cancellation
The order can be cancelled by Artviayou if the seller does not deliver the product within 10 business days. Any kind of returns or cancellations requested by the buyer need to be processed via email or chat options. The customers can also call Artviayou within business hours or simply by cancelling the order on the website.



Pricing Policy
Prices for all products are susceptible to sellers’ business operations and our company should not be responsible. In case of any violations, buyers can contact us.



Registration
Orders can only be placed after users register on the site. All users have to keep their personal and delivery details updated for better communication with Artviayou. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user agrees to receive newsletters and promotional content from Artviayou. All users, however, have the liberty to unsubscribe and stop receiving promotional communication from Artviayou.



The Customer Must
