Reviewing an article- 500-600 words only

I would like you to review the following article 'Resisting change from within and without the organization' by Leanne Cutcher
I would like a 500-600 word review and I will give instructions on how to review the article in terms of what I am looking for. I would prefer the cheapest fixed quote and done within a day for £20 or so. the job is fairly simple but I would like the review to be well written and very precise as the article is long so it must incoporate the whole body of the text i.e key factors in the small review.
