Recommendation Letter writing and Essay review for University

I would require 3 recommendation letters, as written by 3 different individuals (different fonts, tone and area of expertise)
They will be given to those individuals to review and sign. (Due to lack of time)

They don't need to be perfect, but not taken from a website!

The individuals will be the following:

1. CEO at Holding company (Male)- Focused on Digital Transformation and Innovation
2. General Manager at Insurance company (Female) - Focused on Marketing and Product development in Insurance
3. Academic Professor - Focused on Academic Excellence and resilience

In addition would require assistance in proofreading an Essay and possibly re-writing if required.
