Proposal writer

My project will be an industry based project where I will be using IBM's software "watson" to create an app which will help university students(which is my target market) in the future by measuring the pressures they are going through, stress, anxiety at university and then how the app can help them by giving solutions etc. I need to talk about how this APP will relate to AI (Artificial intelligence) which will then relate to IBM watson software. I want this proposal to focus mainly on the technical side of my project and the "app" that I will be creating. For the methodologies you can talk about how i will be creating a questionnaire, or whatever you write in your objectives for me. I want this whole proposal to be set out between 1500-2000 words, no less or higher. The ultimate aim of the whole project is to see how my app and product/project by using iBM's Watson Software will benefit the health industry. This is the order I would like you to do this is in, if you accept to do it for me.
