Professional Website Content Writer Required

We are a web design and SEO business and require a content writer to produce relevant content around various topics, keywords and phrases. Our clients are exclusively small and local businesses such as roofers, plumbers etc and so the written content is not generally very technical in nature, however it must read naturally and be high quality which reflects a client's business correctly.

I am looking for somebody who has the following qualities:

1 - You have excellent grammar
2 - Excellent attention to detail
3 - Very punctual and responsive to tasks which typically have a 48 hour turnaround.
4 - A native UK English speaker - English must be your first language
5 - Genuine Freelancers only and No Agencies
6 - Your writing is simple, clear, accurate, reads well and is relevant to the client.

The rate that I offer for each web page and blog is as follows:
300 word web page = £6
500 word SEO blog article = £10

A typical website may have 5 web pages and 3 SEO blogs = £60 and having done this work myself for a few years I would expect it to take a competent writer no more than 3 hours once you get used to the type of writing we require. Realistically this kind of writing should give you about £20+ per hour.

This is a long-term position and I would like someone reliable, professional and friendly to work closely with my small team. Our staff work with us long term over several years and we are looking for the right person to join that team long term also.

Notes:

Out clients are all local businesses and traders such as plumbers, roofers, builders etc and they all have existing websites from which you can take information in order to write new content.

For the 300 web pages it is typically a case of taking their old website and rewriting or expanding on the existing text on a page to get it up to 300 words. All content must be 100% unique and written by you however rewriting existing text to achieve this is not a problem.

For the 500 word SEO blog posts you have to come up with a subject - this is easily done by a quick bit of google research - eg if it is for a plumber then you could Google "plumbing blogs" and take some ideas from that or mix and max a few different articles. The content must be 100% unique and written by you but it is not a problem to take ideas for articles from other blogs and essentially re-write them so they are unique.
