Professional Blogger To Write About Home Improvement and DIY

I am looking for a professional blogger, someone who has more than 3 years of experience blogging about Home improvement, and DIY topics.

I need someone who would write to impress not to finalize a project. You should be able to research, come up with a blog which will get shared.

What is expected from you:
- Read provided resources
- Often research to come up with regional, or previous set of data, or statistics. Ex: what percentage of people in Texas cleaning their houses every year, or Mold and debris can damage your roof etc... Sort of did you know ideas! and tips!
Real secret nobody would tell!
- Can create excellent Title for the blog and a short one or 2 liner as a summary of the blog which is interesting to share.
- Keywords will be provided to you, I do like to use them when possible however wherever it make sense!
- Can outreach to do guest blog wherever possible

Provide samples, and if you have personal blog that will be great.
