Press Release (Content and Submission)

We are a startup software development company who have just released our first Cloud (web based) business software aimed at both Public and Private sector. We are looking for a skilled, professional and experienced copy writer with journalist contacts who is able to write and submit a first press release for our Cloud time management software.

You must have experience of writing very interesting and compelling news stories which engage the reader with the ability to write a headline that will leap off the page. Your list of printed and online media contacts should include publications read by the management (Business Owners, CEOs, COOs, Directors, Managers) within both private and public sectors (particularly Local Government), as well as, technology and other relevant media.

To be the successful bidder for writing and submitting the press release, you should;

- Be able to provide samples of previous press releases
- Gather the material for the content from our website and the input from us
- Allow revisions of the release’s content until we are satisfied
- Write 100% original content
- Provide us with the list of publications you will be submitting the release to
- Be able to provide the statistics on submissions including communication from the media, i.e. whether release has been printed, held on file, will not be printed, or, future date of print, etc.

Depending on the level of success, there will be ongoing work including; writing content for both email and direct marketing, PR campaigns, etc.
