Press Release and distribution

I have written an article on the major rip offs which happen all the time within my industry (dampproofing & property care).
The article highlights the problem, explains how and why it happens and tells people what they can do to avoid it.
I need the article reviewed and tidied up then distributed as a press release - firstly to raise awareness and secondly to raise my profile.
Need an idea of total cost please
