To write a proposal for funding for a climate change adaptation project for the organization and mobilization of rice farmers to produce and use biochar in their ricelands. Biochar is charred biomass and is one of the most "talked about" ways to help reverse climate change if produced and used in massive amounts in agricultural soil. We have the capacity to organize rice farmers to do just this.
