New manager training manual

Hi I am looking for someone to write new hospitality manager training manual. I have content table but not actual information. Need someone who have hospitality experience who can write content or mix and match with some smart nook content they have. File needs to be professional but very easily understandable like books for dummies series Already have created power point slides but need creative person to actually write manual and do some research. Mainly focusing on how to be leader leadership skills leadership styles to oick4/different ones how to manage team how to deal with complains how to give constractive feedback and similar subjects Will need around 25 slides presentation with some visual material need someone available now. Need project completion in/max 5/days. With daily updates. Mative English speaker only please. Don't want to waste anyone's time
