Need our story to be "plastered" across the internet via blogs etc

I need a serial \"blogger\" to get our story told across the internet. Our aim is to drive traffic to our site which is hoping to raise £1 million.
The project will coincide with other PR activities including offline publications and a sales team looking to capitaliase on increased web traffic.
In short, looking for articulate individual with low hourly rate that can \"spread the word\".
