Need data analysts for preparing a questions for this job role

We are an assessment organisation and we work on developing assessments for emplyability purposes.

Currently, we are looking for Data Analysts/Scientists from US-UK geography, with an experience of more than 5 years in the field, who can help us review and finalize a set of domain competencies for the job role of a Data Analyst. We are working on finalizing a set of competencies which are comprehensive enough for an Analyst having 0-5 years of experience, which will further be used to develop a set of assessments for these professionals. The task will include reviewing a set of competencies and rating them on standard parameters and sharing detailed inputs on what can be added or deleted to & from the list and eventually finalizing a detailed set of domain competencies.

Once the competencies are final we will also be willing to work together to develop and finalize a set of questions as well. So following are the project milestones:

1. Reviewing and finalizing a set of domain competencies
2. Developing close to 30 questions
3. Reviewing close to 30 questions (these will be developed by another expert)
