Need Artciles written for Property Services Website

We are a soon-to-be-launched property services website providing property management, lettings, assisted sales and property development services to our clients. The website is due to be launched in January 2013 and we are actively seeking authors to write useful original property-related articles and guides for the resource-section of the website.
We are interested in building a long-term relationship with competent authors. We will pay £10 per article that we agree to publish on the website and there are currently no limits on the number of articles you can send to us.

The following conditions apply to articles that we pay for:
The ideal author will have experience of the UK property industry, be an articulate writer.
All content must be original, not currently on any other website. We will acknowledge the authors on all articles we publish so this is a good opportunity for someone looking to to get their name out in the public. We will however retain full copy rights to the articles written, with full permission to edit content and restrict the use of the articles on any other site without our permission.
We welcome creativity in writing so the articles and guides can be on any property-related topic: e.g. from How-To guides on Buying, Renting, Selling properties to Tips on Property management, Property Development, Property Investing or pursuing a career in the UK property property market.
Articles must be not less than 1000 words and must be 100% original.
