Need advice on statistical methods for journal paper.

I'm writing an academic journal paper on "emotional reactions to handwashing posters". The study mainly involves quantitative analysis identifying which combination of images and text provokes the strongest reactions. I'm looking for someone to go through the analysis to give some quick but critical feedback on whether the appropriate statistical methods have been used and if not what you would recommend as an alternative.
