Microsoft Word Health and safety policy tidyup

I have a full company Health and Safety policy that is currently 54 pages long. In Word format. Various changes have taken place to each policy and some of the individual policies are in different fonts with different spacings.

I would like the following changes to be made.
1. Remove the Environmental policy statement from the document.
2. Update the contents page to reflect any changes.
3. Ensure all pages are in in Arial font with the same spacings.
4. Legionella policy is a small paragraph seems to copied from an image. I would like the paragraph typed .
