Insolvency drafting help needed: (Form IAA)

I’m a litigant in person and need an experienced UK insolvency professional (solicitor/barrister/paralegal) to urgently correct and re-file a Section 216(3) Insolvency Act 1986 application using the proper Form IAA, replacing a defective N244. You’ll need to draft the Form IAA application notice, update and finalise my supporting witness statement (with exhibits and correct statement of truth), and provide a clean service pack so I can serve the Secretary of State “forthwith” and comply with the Insolvency Rules notice requirements, including preparing evidence of service suitable for filing. The matter is in the High Court (Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List) and is listed for hearing on 27 January 2026, so I need court-ready documents quickly.

The work is limited to drafting and procedural compliance only: please draft the Form IAA, finalise my witness statement and exhibits/bundle (including correct statement of truth), and prepare the service pack and evidence of service template, plus a simple bundle/index in case required. No advice is needed on the merits.
I have all evidence documents needed but require the forms to be completed correctly ready for filing and service.
