    1000 -1300 words in total . It is a list that will continue to grow and some will have links to more info but these should give good indepth info at around 80 words each. no big storyline on each food

    Can you give an indication of how lengthy you want each superfood descriptor to be? 500 words, 1000 words, an essay? This will enable a more accurate quotation.
