i need to now where a blog was create and i need to kill it

Do you own the blog in question? By kill it you mean delete it from the server correct? Chances are unless you have access to the blog already then you will not be able to do this unless you can find the access that was sent to you or your company and use that to access the blog. Otherwise you are requesting something illegal pretty much everywhere.
