I am looking for someone with Indian street food knowledge who could write menu descriptions for us.
What are we looking for?

To allow for freelancers to provide a more accurate bid, are you able to perhaps share a little more info around how many dishes on the menu, what info you can provide (recipe's, provenance etc) and your timescales at all please?
