I need to create a light hearted educational tool to teach how to taste chocolate

I am looking to create a light, easy style document on how to taste chocolate, and I can send you some example links you can use as a start to research.

It needs to explore how we taste using all our senses, the principles of different flavours, and the way to actually pick out the flavours within chocolate and I will drop images in alongside the text. Upto 2000 words ideally.

I started to write it as a blog, but haven't got the time, so will send you my start.

It needs to be usable to hand out to people when holding a tasting party, so not too long, but with enough information to keep the reader interested..
