I need someone to write short copy for approx. 500 website category descriptions

Information for the blog/website: We sell sporting goods online
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: I need someone to write our short descriptions for categories - both for thumbnails on subcategories and top level description. Website is not yet loaded with products but details of products within each category and our offering can be found on our eBay store.

Category thumbnail descriptions should be a short (less than 10 words) description of what is in the category.

Headline category and subcategory descriptions should be a more comprehensive version of the above, expanding on the types and brands of products which we sell within that category.

Copy should be written to allow easy future expansion with minimal editing required. This is because we will be undergoing a rapid expansion of our stock offering in line with our website launch.
