I need to write an article for my LinkedIn profile. I want to discuss that the famous quote from Sir Richard Branson t"he way you treat your employees is the way they will treat your customers" Sir Richard Branson (@virgin) is right and this quote can be extended to the fact employees will car about your product development t and business goals. We, senior managers, need to always think about that. When we hire our team we make sure the people love us and will be soldiers and don't come just to 9-5 jobs (it doesn't exist in a startup environment anyway), we make sure people are nurture and we make sure the business goal are delivered. In the other hand I have witness very poor and bad management from very senior managers. This is why startup fails and they don't need to hire even more senior "dinosaurs" to fix the issue but just train.
