This is well documented and can be researched on the internet. The paragraph should mention the company 1-3 times as it should be optimised for SEO purposes. Moreover, the paragraph needs to be unique - of course it can be copy and pasted to some extent but it needs to be in unique para-phrasing. I think the best way would be to copy and paste existing material and re-phrase it such that it is unique.
