Description
Experience Level: Expert
Num. of words: 500
Industry: Business
Topic: Leadership & management
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: We run a quarterly event in which we invite a prominent leader from the Creative Industries to present a talk on the subject of leadership. The audience is made up from other prominent leaders in the Creative Industries, and as a follow-up we like to create a post-event document which we send out to all attendees that covers the key highlights.
Here is the document we created after the last event we held, please use this as an example of what we are looking for: http://www.slideshare.net/WeArePello/pello-talks-leaders-on-leadership-with-toby-southgate?ref=http://www.wearepello.com/the-leader/2016/4/7/pello-talks-leaders-on-leadership-with-toby-southgate-worldwide-ceo-of-brand-union
For this job, we are looking for someone who can create the copy for the the most recent event we held. You will have the keynote presentation that the speakers used, plus an audio recording of the event.
The topic of the event was: Do agencies that fail to embrace diversity have a future?
The three key questions that were addressed were:
1. What specific advantages does diversity deliver?
2. What are the hidden challenges to overcome?
3. What are the five things you should do now?
You are only required to create the copy and send it in a Word file. We will create the finished document in In Design. The finished copy must work in the same format as the example doc you can see on Slideshare (so consider number of words etc to make it work in the same way)
The finished document must work as a standalone piece of work, so that even people who did not attend the event can benefit from it. That means you will be required to contextualise the points to ensure the meaning can be understood by anyone. For example, we want the finished copy broken into three sections, as per the key questions that were addressed (see above), but the questions themselves need to be worded differently to have meaning outside of the presentation.
We need the first draft of the copy over the weekend, so we can complete the job on Monday.
Extensive research needed: yes
