I need an SEO and conversion expert to write copy for my Wordpress site

Information for the blog/website: I provide resume strategy and writing services - this includes a number of Packages that I'm in the process of redesigning (including personal branding, etc.).
Tone: Informal/Casual
Outline & Structure: I want a conversion and SEO copywriter - someone who writes and aligns the copy on my website with SEO requirements and has a strong understanding of conversion (i.e. converting leads into sales).

The reason I'm putting this job up is because this isn't my area of expertise, I can't get my %$@#ing site SEO friendly and I need someone to wave their knowledgeable-magic wand and sort it out! So, I want your opinions and advice.

Must have Wordpress experience. Willing to pay fixed fee on agreed quote - good pay for good work.
