I need a news blog article on Telecommunications

I need a 500-800 word blog article written for a client on the topic of telecommunications, including informatics, telematics, GPS, and mobile/cell handsfree technology. The article will need to be relatively newsworthy, as it is meant for publication on a high-level news site, and will need to be able to link to my client's website in a relevant fashion (i.e. referenced relevantly). Other links for reference should be included.
