    What timescales are you working to and a Plan can often be required to be of differing lengths depending on how much capital you are trying to raise so if you do require more than a standard Bank Loan it would be good to understand what level of funding is being sought (the realistic number rather than the 'stretch' target) so that a Plan could be tailored to the types of investor that you maybe seeking?
