    Description

    Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
    Num. of articles: 50
    Words per article: 400
    Blog/website url: www.express-conveyancing.co.uk
Information for the blog/website: Online Conveyancing Company
    Industry: Legal
    Topic: Conveyancing

    Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: We are in the process of carrying out some SEO work on this site and therefore require location based articles for a list of cities in the UK. The articles should convey a basic outline of the property market within the city, along with trends, life style, how the property market has been for the past couple of years, along with attractions, government funding, neighbour hood etc. The articles should also incorporate a list of keywords which I will supply. All content to be unique as my client will be running these through plagiarising and duplicate content software.

Following this initial list of articles, you will be supplied with more work as we propose to upload around 200 articles a month onto the site.

If completed properly, you can be rest assured that you will be flooded with ongoing.

    Extensive research needed: yes (Partly)

    Extra notes:

**************Addition to my earlier post. i have had a lot of freelancers querying the budget which I understand is a bit low. I can manage to get move slightly on this however the articles required are not worlds apart from each other. Please check two sample links from one of the client's competitors to gauge an understanding.

The idea behind getting these articles done is to setup locational setting for the site, which once indexed can be used to add more articles in the coming months.****
