Highly experienced link builder (white hat only), article writing, ongoing for new websites

We are a small webdesign company in Melbourne Australia. We have a SEO manager who prepares the SEO strategy and on-site optimisation.

We urgently need help with offsite optimisation.

We need an excellent link builder who is creative and can write intelligent articles.

We focus on quality rather than quantity but we do expect that you are able to obtain say 6 or more links per hour (when listing to directories).

We want to work with the individual implementing the tasks. This is long term work and we are after a reliable, hard worker. No agencies.

Please provide examples of articles that have been accepted to ezine, squidoo, go articles etc. We need you to be familiar with the requirements of these publishers.
