I have almost finishes a week 5 hatha yoga lesson plan
I need some content inserting which I will provide, I then will giive info on adapting for week 1 and week 10 showing progression and adaptation
This will be copied fromn my lesson plan into a course proforma to result in 3 lesson plans.
I also need in brief a progressive plan showing 10 weeks and how this progresses at a glance, again I will provide proforma
this has to be completed by 6pm this evening GMT uk.

Hi Samantha, please can you confirm how many words roughly you're looking for? Does it have to be in a particular format (will you provide this format?), and how many pages of plans are you after? You've mentioned finishing week 5, and writing for week 1 and week 10.
