Guide to studying in Australia

I am looking for someone who has studied in Australia to write a guide to studying at University in Australia, to cover these points;

- What type of student accommodation options are available
- Which type of student accommodation options are best for which type of student (e.g. 1st years, 2nd years and so on)
- The length of the rental contract
- How semesters/trimesters work in relation to the rental contract
- Any student tips and advice for finding, living in student accommodation

This would need to be around 750 - 1000 words.
