Ghost writing a non fiction book

I am looking for an experienced ghost writer to write a book motivating and inspiring based on my life experiences and people whom which i have interviewed. The book will be based mainly about young people and getting them to try achieve their ambition. Dealing with consequences of negative action. The book will require some reseach, some of which i am doing myself i want the writer to be able to express my thoughts and experiences. I want the book to be about 160-190 pages. I am black british and need to know if the writer will be able to have and understanding of afro-carribean issues in britain, regardless of their own ethnicity.
