Outline & Structure: We are launching a viral comedy football site (http://www.lolfootball.com/). Our aim is to provide the latest viral news (focusing on the entertaining side) of the footballing world (from around the world) via articles, memes, photos and videos. We aim to have published hourly content between the hours of 7am-10p UK time.
Do you want to get paid for talking about the beautiful game? Do you think you have what it takes to create entertaining content for footballing fans? Then read on...
You must be a huge football fan:
This is a no-brainer. Your football knowledge should be high enough to warrant an intervention. You should know all the latest "banter" and be able to hone in on that for our audience.
Write 5 articles per day:
You must be able to write 5 articles per day, between 150-400 words. You must have good grammar, and be witty. We don't mind you paraphrasing another article, so long as you do a good job.
You must be able to create click-bait titles.
For example, "Mario Balotelli is up to his old tricks," with a relevant picture is a lot better than a boring title. It makes people want to click to see what's going on. You need to be able to make people click on our content.
Source the internet for content:
You will be taking roughly an hour of your working day to source the internet for funny stories, pictures, videos. You will always source the original source via social media, although a lot of the work will be our own.
Social Media Posting:
You will be responsible for publishing to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We don't need you to reply to comments - just to post on time to relevant social media platforms.
This job is for two people, working on a Monday-Wednesday. The other Friday, Saturday, Sunday. For 5 hours per day. Our team will be here to help you during the probation period.
HOW TO APPLY:
If you think you have what it takes to be part of the the team - follow these instructions when you apply:
. Send us any proof of football articles written by yourself.
. Send us a link to anything funny happening in the footballing world today - it can be an article, photo, or video. And create a following click-bait title to go with it.
Good luck!
Extensive research needed: yes
