Food Blog Critic and Suggestions

I have a food blog that I have abandoned for a number of months and I am eager to start working on it again.

It is simply a food focussed only blog where I used to have as a food diary to keep up on where I have been eating. Sadly, due to relocation of my job I have not had the time nor luxury of dining out.

Venues - usually high-end or Michelin restaurants
Location - currently mainly in London

I would like someone who could provide ideas on how I can improve my blog (besides from just telling me to post more) and ideas of how I can ensure regular content can be written by myself. I have not been dining out as much so I haven't put content on for a while. So the content may not necessarily need to be my 'dining experience', but I would like blog ideas of what I can upload during those 'quiet periods'.
