Experienced Editor/Advisor/Consultant

I am in the process of launching a magazine of my own, and feel I need a consultant on board to help "wrap it up"/make sure our mission/vision comes across consistently.

I think I have a great magazine, and I having done extensive research on this (approx a year and a half) can see that the mag industry is highly competitive, so I feel the need to launch this and get it out there sooner rather than later.

The magazine is aimed at entrepreneurial parents, for those of us who want to have a better work life balance around our kids. This is not yet another 'biz start-up' affair, but a look at the stories behind the businesses. The journeys, the hiccups, and most importantly, the issues around parenting and work/life balance. I already have great writers on board (all freelancers) with at least one exclusive interview on the way. I am also expecting a celebrity chef to come on board as 'our resident cook'.

Finally, I'd like to prepare a press release soon, because I'm thinking of launching the mag to coincide with National Family Week (last week in May) so some assistance with the Press Release would be appreciated.

Please provide a fixed fee bid.
