I need a reliable assistant to keep my Editor election campaign running smoothly across WhatsApp Business and direct voter calls. Every interaction must sound formal and professional while still being clear and helpful, because our main objective is to inform voters about my policies in concise, easy-to-digest language.

Scope of work
• Maintain and update my WhatsApp Business profile so it always reflects the latest campaign information.
• Schedule and send pre-approved, curated messages that highlight summarized key points of each policy plank.
• Make personal phone calls to voters, walk them through those same key points, and politely encourage them to cast their ballot.
• Answer basic voter questions via chat or voice, escalating anything complex back to me.

Acceptance criteria

• All messages remain strictly policy-focused; no comparisons or negative commentary about opponents.
• Call and chat logs must be recorded daily in a shared Google Sheet so I can monitor reach and engagement.
