Document business rules for our inhouse tokens

The business requirement is to document business rules for all our tokens. these rules should be for Recharge, cancellation, and redemption of tokens.

We have 4 different kinds of tokens:

Flash Token: This is our unique account recharge token. Our Flash trader buys these token to recharge or top-up their Flash device to sell airtime, electricity to their customers.

Eezi Token:o A unique airtime and electricity voucher created and sold by FLASH, it can be loaded
on any MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, Telkom or Virgin Mobile account.
o The customer dials our USSD string and receives a direct top-up back
into his or her mobile account.

1 voucher: 1voucher is a token which customers can use to pay and top-up wallets on the internet,
USSD or mobile apps without the need for a bank card.
Partners accepting 1voucher includes WIFI providers (like Ikeja and AlwaysOn),
insurance companies, travel companies, online shops, sports betting companies and
many more.

Closed-loop voucher: This unique token can only be redeemed only at the specific payee
