Hello,
I am looking for a Chef/Food Scientist/Nutritionist to help me to fine tune or create a recipe to make
1) non-dairy whip topping
2) vanilla wafers (egg free)
3) instant vanilla pudding mix
These three raw products will be used to create a cookie and cream dessert that contains real fruit.
For example one dessert would contain fresh sliced bananas; another one would contain only fresh sliced strawberries, etc.
My concerns would be to extend the shelf-life of each dessert as long as possible without sacrificing the taste.
I do not want the bananas to turn brown and i do not want the GMO starch to cause the dessert to swell over time.
